The state department issued a swift statement that declared the career ANC partyman “persona non grata” in the USA, and a “race baiting” politician who hates President Donald Trump. Well, Mr. Rasool breached diplomatic norms by abusing the leader of his host country. There is no way any ambassador can do what Rasool did, and expect no retaliation.
